Bearing has an outer ring, inner ring, balls and ball cage. The outer and inner rings are of an Al-Cu-Mg-Ni forging alloy, which is hardened by heat and stretched after forging by 2 - 3%. The rings are shock-normalised after a granulating treatment. Pref. the ball material is synthetics based on acetal copolymers which are subjected to oil tempering at 100 degrees C. |
