PURPOSE:To enable sure transmission of large power in high-speed rotation and to facilitate the attaching and detaching of a mixer with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A mixer 51 of a cereal flour kneading means 50 composed of a cylinder 53 and a kneading member 52 rotatably and detachably inserted into the cylinder is mounted between a pair of supporting arms 56,59 of the main body 1 of a noodle-making machine. The rotary center shafts at both ends of the kneading member and the rotary center shafts of rotors 62,66 on a pair of supporting arms are fitted in each other with a tapered shaft 52A and a tapered hole 67A. The outer circumference of the rotor of the supporting arm pair in the radial direction of the rotary center axis is interlocked with both ends of the kneading member using at least one tapered pin 52B and a ring-shaped fitting groove 62B to enable the interlocking of the tapered pin in a freely movable state. Stoppers 68,68 for stopping the tapered pin in circumferential direction are placed in the ring-shaped fitting groove. |
