Tyre is manufactured from polyurethane, using a centrifugal-casting procedure, and is suitable for carts, rollers for cable cars, or similar. Each tyre has at least one cylindrical-jacket-shaped reinforcement. The reinforcement takes up between 5% - 30%, pref. 15%, of the thickness of the solid tyre, and consists of a polyester, reinforced with glass fibre during the winding procedure. On its internal side towards the rim, the insert pref. has three short spacer rods, made from polyurethane. |
