CONSTITUTION:The ring is provided with an outer circumferential surface 3 brought into contact with a cylindrical inner surface, a side surface 5 brought into contact with the side wall of the groove in a ring shape of a shaft body, and with a small diameter section Ra where the diameter of the ring is made small at the position of a side wall opposite to the outer circumferential surface 3. The ring is formed by means of metal mold which is so constituted that a parting line T is formed in such a way as to be projected in the direction of the axial core of the seal ring R at the time of molding at the position where a stepped surface 8 formed outward in the radial direction from the small diameter section Ra, is intersected with the outer circumferential surface 3. |
