A flat panel display device is provided to prevent a short circuit due to foreign materials and photoresist remaining after developing when forming an electrode pattern in a photolithography process. In a flat panel display device, a first electrode unit(42) is formed on an upper surface of a substrate(40). A structure body(50) is positioned on at least a portion of the edge of the first electrode unit(42). A light emission layer(60) is positioned on an upper surface of the first electrode unit(42). And, a second electrode unit(44) insulated from the first electrode unit(42) is formed on at least an upper surface of the light emission layer(60). |
