PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of miss cutting by forming many holes and planting U-shaped needles on a base sheet stuck with a carbon cloth. CONSTITUTION:The base sheet 3 is formed by sticking the cloth made of carbon fiber or glass fiber on both faces of the sheet made of silicon rubber. Many holes 4 having diameters of 1-3mm are formed on the base sheet 3. Many U-shaped needles 5 made of hard steel wire and the like are set in the base sheet 3 having setting-up angle Y of about 75 deg.. The bed member for a laser beam machine 6 planted with the needles 5 which are bent in a back-ward direction to the setting up direction making chevron shapes above the base sheet 3 with angle X between the bent needles and the plane of about 75 deg. and having the height of about 10mm is formed. Since sheet-like body is elastically clamped by the needles 5, cutting is carried out with high speed and accuracy. |
