<p>A mould for manufacturing footwear, esp. boots, pref. from foamed polyester or polyurethane or thin PVC paste, with a sole of a different material, the mould comprising a last, divided upper (leg) outer mould and a reversible sole mould, one surface of which is used for forming the inner sole and the other for the outer sole, is arranged so that the outer components of the upper mould can fit tightly sealed against either the inner sole moulding face or outer sole moulding face of the sole mould, the sole mould capable of being adjusted to different heights. The method enables the upper and the inner sole to be formed together in one operation using one side of the sole mould, and then the outer sole is produced in a second operation using the other side.</p> |
