Plastics based on polyester foam has substances A to I added to each other in individual gps. Group 1:A: polyester, B: Co accelerator, C: peroxide ('Butanox', BP Paste-RTM), D: filler: Group 2: E: polyurethane casting compsn. component A, F: polyurethane hardener component B, G: filler (talc or rye flour); Group 3: H: polyurethane foam component A, I-polyurethane foam hardener component B. Prod. can be used as weather-proof decorative plaster for inside and outside walls of houses, in the form of highly foamed or compressed foam sheet and also as modelling blocks, imitation wood for the furniture industry. Adjustment of the mixing gps. allows the prodn. of foams varying from microporous to coarsely porous and from rubbery to rigid. Amts. used in wt. pts. are: 100 A, 0.2-0.4 B, 0.5-5C, 50-100D, 10-50E, 1-50F, 5-25 G, 10-50 H, and 10-50 I. |
