<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly proceed with a subject for discussion and to give an opportunity of speaking fairly to each of participants in comparatively simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A remote conference system includes servers 6-1, 6-2 connected by a network at each of spots and the server 6-1, 6-2 records data regarding speeches of participants of a conference and displays the recorded data on display devices of a person in charge of proceeding with the conference, and of any specific participant or of all the participants. The server 6-1, 6-2 records the number of opportunities of speaking and a speaking time for each participant as data regarding the speech. Furthermore, the server 6-1, 6-2 collects approval and disapproval/opinion information indicating approval and disapproval or presence/absence of opinion of each participant regarding the subject for discussion and displays the collected information on the display devices of the person in charge of proceeding with the conference and of any specific participant or of all the participants. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
