<p>The generator includes a transistor whose emitter and collector are connected through their resistors to the supply voltage source negative and positive terminals respectively. Its collector current is controlled by a part of supply voltage applied to its base. It has a transistor emitter follower connected to the first transistor collector. Its emitter delivers the auxiliary voltage. The first transistor (T1) collector resistor consists of a resistor (RC) is series with a first diode (DC). The part of supply voltage applied to the first transistor (T1) base is provided by a voltage divider whose arm connected to the supply source negative terminal (VEE) consists of a constant current source (T2, R2). The other arm consists of at least one diode (D21-D2n).</p> |
