PURPOSE:To obtain a photo mask which features smooth surface and can be suitably applied for the IC manufacture without having any photo etching process, by forming a thin film which can be converted into a porous anode oxide film on the substrate transparent to the light, changing the entire thin film into an oxide film, and forming selectively more than one kind of the dyeing region on the oxide film. |
