A triazole derivative having antifungal activity is disclosed. The compounds are represented by the following formula: wherein Ar represents a phenyl group or a phenyl group substituted with one or two groups selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms and trifluoromethyl group; R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, or a lower alkyl group; R3 and R' independently represent a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, nitro group, a lower alkyl group, a lower halogeno-alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, a lower halogeno-alkoxy group, non-substituted or substituted aryl group, non-substituted or substituted amino group, or a lower alkylthio group.
