More specifically, a number of colored dues or pigment particles 21 are adsorbed to the outer periphery of a micro capsule 20 consisting of a ultraviolet deterioration type resin material and at the same time an erasing liquid 22 for making colorless due to reaction with a dye pigment particle 21 is stored within the micro capsule 20. |
