PURPOSE:To provide the titled device which is high in reliability of a tape carrier equipment and capable of being manufactured with a single kind of tape carrier, by a method wherein electrode groups are terminated with parts substantially parallel to the direction of resistors, and the parallel parts of the electrode groups on both sides of the resistors are orientated substantially in parallel. CONSTITUTION:The electrodes 1-n of the first electrode group 21 are substantially in parallel with each other, have parts 21b extending substantially perpendicularly to the resistors 20, have parts 21c substantially parallel to the resistors 20 and are terminated with the parts 21 which are arranged in a straightly flushed form. The second electrode group 22 is placed on the opposite side of the first group 21 with respect to the resistors 20, and is provided with parts 22a, 22b, 22c which correspond to the parts 21a, 21b, 21c respectively. The parts 22c are placed substantially in parallel to the parrs 21c and are terminated with parts 22d which are flushed straightly. The tape carriers 23, 24 connected to the electrodes of the respective electrode groups 21, 22 are of the same kind. Accordingly, the electrode groups can be connected orderly by the same tape carriers, and integrated circuits 25, 26 mounted as required are not located at the back surfaces of the carriers 23, 24. |
