<p>Process for the modification of microstructures in polydispersed aqueous systems, such as milk, beer; this process is implemented by means of separation methods, such as ultrafiltration; it comprises the intermixing of the natural compounds and/or the additive compounds due to their microstructures, -owing to this separation method-, so that characteristics of the product to be obtained are already fixed in the starting aqueous dispersion system.</p> |
