The invention particularly refers to phytoestrogens providing potential benefits to health, and mainly to a isoflavones composition for treating menopause symptoms, which is characterised in that it comprises Glycine max isoflavones; at least one vitamin or a mixture thereof selected from the following group: Vitamin A, Niacin, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Folic acid and/or Vitamin K, Pantothenic acid; at least one mineral or a mixture thereof selected from the following group: Chromium, Magnesium, Calcium, Copper, Zinc, Iron, Potassium, Phosphor or any other human consumption mineral.
