PURPOSE:To enhance storage stability, developed color density and color forming sensitivity by adding terpene diphenol and a compd. represented by a specific general formula as a developing compd. in the title material for an electronic calculator. CONSTITUTION:As a developing compd. forming a thermal color forming layer along with a color forming compd. such as 2-anilin-3-methyl-6- dethylaminofluorane, terpene diphenol and a compd. represented by formula I (wherein R1-R5 are independently or simultaneously a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, a 5C or less alkyl group, an alkoxy group or an alkenyl group), for example, 4,4-sulfonyldiphenol are added. Further, a binder such as methyl cellulose, a filler such as calcium carbonate, a hot-melt compd. such as animal or vegetable wax and a surfactant are added. The use wt. ratio of terpene diphenol and the compd. represented by the formula I is pref. 4:1-1:4. |
