PURPOSE:To indispose the function of a terminal device if the cover of a case storing the terminal device is opened without using a key, by checking whether the cover is opened in a normal way with the key. CONSTITUTION:A switch 6 is turned on during a locking action and then kept on if the cover of a case storing a terminal device is opened after destroying the lock part and without releasing a locked state with use of a key. A cover open/close detecting switch 7 is turned on when the cover is opened. Both contacts A and B are turned on when the cover is opened under a locked state. This means that the cover is unfairly opened, and a foul use detecting signal is delivered. Then the driving voltage is applied to the gate of an SCR from a power supply 4 via a circuit and a resistance 12, and the SCR conducts. As a result, an overload resistance 10 enters the battery 4 via a fuse 9, and the fuse 9 is fused by the overload current. |
