AUTOMATIC TRANSFERRING METHOD

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure for transfer by a constitution wherein a driving wheel driving chain conveyors provided in front and rear lines respectively is arranged between these conveyors and transfer jigs are provided radially on the driving wheel in a method for transferring a load between said conveyors. CONSTITUTION:When a driving wheel 5 is roated by a driving power member 7 through the intermediary of a chain 8, the respective chain conveyors 1 and 2 of front and rear lines pressed on the driving wheel 5 by a pair of counter wheels 15 respectively are operated in synchronization. On the occasion, load supporting pawls 14 of transfer jigs 10 provided on the driving wheel 5 advance in gearing with load supporters 3 of the conveyor 1, and guide rollers 13 run on a fixed rail 9. Therefore the whole of the jigs 10 are raised with the rise in a track of the rail 9. Thereby loads 4 on the load supporters 3 are received and supported sequentially by the load supporting pawls 14. The operation as described above is performed in an entirely reverse sequence on the rear line side, and thus the loads 4 on the pawls 14 are transferred onto load supporters 3 on the rear line.
