PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time for write of a data, and to simplify a program for write of a data, by executing like a hardware the processing of a fault against the time of occurrence of a fault. CONSTITUTION:Gates 5, 6 are connected to a magnetic head 7 for writing a data to a magnetic disk 8, and contents selected by the gates 5, 6 are supplied to the head 7. An output of a data register 1 in which a write data DW is provided to this gate 5, and an output of a data generator 2 which sets all bits to ''1'' is inputted to the gate 6. Also, write length DL of the data DW is set to a length register 4, and it is subtracted as the data DW is sent out. Also, timing of the data to be sent out to the head 7 is set by a control signal CNT by a control part 3, and also selection of the gates 5, 6 is executed. Also, whenever the data is written, a specified code whose all bits are ''1'' is always written in the following sector containing a sector, in the end, and the processing time for write of the data is shortened in accordance with the release processing of the time of occurrence of a fault. |
