PURPOSE:To elevate the measuring accuracy by arranging a moisture measuring apparatus for measuring moisture level receiving grain particles thrown into a dryer facing the inlet to receive those with a higher specific gravity. CONSTITUTION:A lift 3 is provided on the side of a hygrostatic tank 2 and an upper spiral 4 on the ceiling. Grain particles fed into the body of a dryer from a hopper are lifted with the lift 3 and thrown into a communication path 21 from an inlet 20. Then it is supplied in dispersion into the hygrostatic tank 2 through the upper spiral 4 and a distributor and further flow down to a drying chamber to be exposed to a hot air. A moisture measuring apparatus 22 opens at the top and bottom and a fixed electrode 28 and a mobile electrode 29 are provided in a box-shaped carrier 27 with a freely openable shutter 26 on the lower opening 25. When the grain particles are thrown in the direction A, the refined particles with a higher specific gravity are sent far away so that the measuring apparatus 22 can receive the refined particles. |
