A chute module for emergency rescue operations, comprises a flexible, elastically deformable outer sheath (1) having fitted therein another flexible inner sheath (2) which is transversely deformable but longitudinally inextensible. The two sheaths (1,2) are peripherally joined together both at one end thereof and at a joint location spaced from the joint end of sheaths (1,2), joining or fastening members (5) being fitted around said outer sheath (1) at said joint end, and furthermore, also at the joint location, the joining pieces (5), which may or may not be similar to the previous ones, are fitted around the outer sheath (1). <IMAGE> |
