PURPOSE:To execute easily and safely an adjustment of a corona discharge current by providing a measuring terminal on a high voltage power source device for supplying a high voltage to a corona discharger. CONSTITUTION:A rectifying circuit consisting of a diode 18 and a capacitor 19 is provided on a secondary side winding 15b of an output transformer 15 in a high voltage power supplying circuit 14, and a connecting point of its diode 18 and the capacitor 19 is connected to a corona wire 20 of a corona discharger 3 arranged around a photosensitive drum 1. One terminal 23a of a measuring terminal 23 used for adjusting a corona discharge current of the corona discharger 3 is connected to a low voltage end (r) of the secondary side winding 15b of the output transformer 15, and the other terminal 23b is connected to a frame ground of a machine. As for this measuring terminal 23, each terminal 23a and 23b are usually connected by a jump wire 24, but when adjusting the corona discharge current, its jump wire 24 is detached, therefore, a current measurement for its adjustment is executed.
