PURPOSE:To separate many kinds of admixtures with good accuracy, by removing admixtures through dry classification and sieving, and recovering soybeans contained in the admixtures from them through inclination separation and color selection. CONSTITUTION:Raw material soybeans are subjected to dry classification, preferably classification through wind power, so that they are classified into a division having a larger specific gravity and a division having a smaller specific gravity based on a fixed specific gravity in a range from 0.9 to 1.3 as a border. The division having a larger specific gravity consisting essentially of round soybeans and corns is sieved using a mesh with a given diameter in a range of an opening diameter 8-10mm. as a boder so that the material falling through the net is obtained as the round soybeans, and the material on the net is subjected to inclination separation by utilizing the easily rolling properties of soybeans so that soybeans are recovered. While the division having a smaller specific gravity consisting of chipped soybeans, stalks, vaginas of soybean plant, etc. is sieved using a mesh of a given opening diameter in a range of the opening diameter of the upper net 8- 9mm. and the opening diameter of the lower net 3.5-4.5mm. as boders so that the division of middle particle size is obtained as the division of chipped soybeans, and the division falling through the sieve consisting of chipped soybeans, seed of morning glory, etc. is subjected to color selection so that the chipped soybeans are recovered. |
