PURPOSE:To attain definite transmission of a document such as a certificate by providing at least a function transmitting specific pattern information in addition to document information to an optional terminal device and providing a function reproducing the specific pattern information in addition to output information to other optional terminal device. CONSTITUTION:When a control signal A51 reaches a control signal discriminating section 2, the section 2 sends a switching signal to an output device changeover section 3 through a control line 13. Data lines 12 and 16 are connected by using the switching signal and a data is outputted to a non-red seal output processing section 8 via a non-red seal output processing section 7 and a data line 17. Then data lines 12 and 14 are connected by using a control signal B53, the data is outputted to the data line 14 and sent to a cipher processing section 4 and a red seal output control section 5. The cipher processing section 4 receiving a control code C54 applies decoding and when the code is correct, the data inputted succeedingly is sent to the red seal output control section 5. |
