PURPOSE:To make it possible to store water effectively, by providing gutters, which collect rain water falling on the surface of the modules of a solar cell and send the water into a water storage tank and the like, on a mounting frame, which fixes and supports the module groups of the solar cell, thereby collecting the rain water falling on the mounting frame of the solar cell having enormous area without wasting the water. CONSTITUTION:Gutters 5 are provided along the outer surface of an upper part supporting part 1a of a mounting frame 1. A conduit 6, through which the collected rain water is sent to a water storage tank 4, is linked to the gutters 5. When the sun is shining, power, which is generated by module groups 2 of a solar cell, drives an underwater motor pump 3, which is a directly connected load of the solar cell. Water is pumped up from a well by the pump 3 and sent to the water storage tank 4. The stored water is utilized as irrigation water, drinking water and the like. On the rainy day, the rain water falling on the surface of the module groups 2 of the solar cell is collected by the gutters 5 and sent to the water storage tank 4 through the conduit 6 and stored in said tank 4. |
