<p>PURPOSE:To restrain the occurrence of flash due to the run-off of a resin to contour position at the pressure molding under heating on the preparation process of a laminated sheet which is pressure molded under heating by laminating prepregs obtained by impregnating a sheet form base material with a thermosetting resin and drying, by disposing penetrating holes at the fringe portion of the prepreg used at the inner layer. CONSTITUTION:A paper base material is impregnated with a phenolic resin and dried to obtain a prepreg. it is used by itself as the prepregs 1, 1' for surface, and a prepreg 2 for inner layer is formed by punching a penetrating hole 3 at the fringe portion. The penetrating hole 3 is set up at a position where its center is inner from the end fringe of the prepreg along the edge. A prepreg constituent prepared by stacking four prepregs 2 for inner layer between the prepregs 1, 1' for surface is inserted between mirror plate 4, 4' made of stainless, and pressure molded under heating between platens 5, 5'. The resin which is tend to run off at the time of pressure molding under heating is introduced into the space in the penetrating hole, and prevented from running off outwardly. Therefore it is possible to restrain the adhesion of resin flash to the mirror plate, and to devise the decrease of man-hour for removing the resin flash, the improvement in the appearance and quality, and the decrease in percentage of rejects.</p> |
