PURPOSE:To decrease an input burden and to improve correctness by activating plural AP programs corresponding to a function key and automatically setting and displaying the inputted field data to plural fields corresponding to respective APs. CONSTITUTION:When the slip of a purchase request is defined, a slip defining part 2 defines a center side activation AP8 to retrieve a merchandise name 22 and a unit price 23 with an AP file 9 or activation from a merchandise code 21 and a terminal side activation AP7 to check the entry of a quantity 24 as an activation AP. The result is stored into a slip definition storing part 13. When a user designates the slip of the purchase request, a slip input processing part 5 displays a slip definition at a CRT 6. After a user inputs plural merchandise codes 21 to be purchased from a keyboard 1, when a function key is depressed and a center side AP8 is activated, the merchandise name and the unit price 23 corresponding to the merchandise code 21 are retrieved and displayed with the file 9 for the activation AP. |
