摘要 |
PURPOSE:To mass-produce human epithelial growth factor(hEGF), by connecting a hEGF gene to a tryptophan promoter-having manifestation vector and culturing Escherichia coli transformed with the vector. CONSTITUTION:A hEGF gene of high translation efficiency into the corresponding polypeptide is chemically synthesized, then connected to a tryptophan promoter-having manifestation vector of high manifestation efficiency to prepare a plasmid vector. Then, Escherichia coli is transformed with the plasmid vector and the transformant is cultured to efficiently mass-produce hEGF. The plasmid vector is suitably the one having the DNA sequence bonding the tryptophan- controlling gene through a linker to the gene coding 53 amino acids in hEGF. |
