PURPOSE:To save a positioning procedure and improve the positioning accuracy as well as the assembling property of the device by providing a positioning device, positioning a frame member at a predetermined position, in the sheet frame assembling device. CONSTITUTION:The positioning device 2 is consisting of a hydraulic cylinder 4, attached to an assembling table 3 orthogonally thereto, a wedge part, attached to the head of a piston rod for the cylinder 4, and a positioning stopper 7, arranging the frame members 1A-1D of the sheet frame 1 onto the predetermined position of the table 3. The members 1A-1D are pinched and positioned by a rod, moved in parallel to the table 3 by the taper effect of the wedge moved by the cylinder orthogonally to the table 3, and a stopper 7 opposing to the rod. Thus, the positioning procedure may be saved and the positioning accuracy as well as the assembling property of the device may be improved. |
