A wobble bearing for swash plate-type axial piston pumps has a shaft (3) that rotates about its longitudinal axis X, a first bearing ring (8), a second bearing ring (10), and cylinders (12) in rolling contact located in grooves between the bearing rings (8, 10). The first bearing ring (8) has a convex flange facing (14) opposite the shaft, whose pivot lies at the point of intersection of the front face (6) of the second bearing ring (10) and the longitidunal axis X of the shaft (3). A support (15) for the flange facing (14) is associated with the shaft (3) or with a separate supporting element (16). The first bearing ring (8) can be fixed to the shaft at a given of inclination in various ways. The convex flange facing (14), which is centred at the pivot S, centres the first bearing ring (8) and shaft (3) precisely in relation to each other.
