PURPOSE:To provide an automatic correcting device for the shipment schedule data which can improve its working efficiency even to such a product that is possible to cause small amount of stockout or the excessive stock, by changing the ordering points and the production lots of the product to each optimum value. CONSTITUTION:A data comparing part 1 compares the expected shipment value with the actual shipment result value of the precedent month and at the same time decides whether the stockout occurred or not in the precedent month. If the actual shipment result value is larger than the expected shipment value and also if it is judged that the stockout has occurred, an ordering point correction processing part 4 corrects the ordering point stock value of the present month of the shipment schedule data based on the necessary change value calculated by an ordering point change value calculation part 2. Meanwhile, a production lot correction processing part 5 corrects the production lot value of the present month of the shipment schedule data based on the necessary change value calculated by a production lot change value calculation part 3 if the expected shipment value is larger than the value obtained by multiplying the actual shipment result value by a fixed coefficient and also the absence of stock is not confirmed. |
