<p>PURPOSE:To provide a conductive ceramic filter in an anticorrosive exhaust gas processor which has excellent heat resistance, and the manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION:A conductive ceramic filter in an exhaust gas processor comprises a tubular filter main body 1 manufactured of porous ceramic, which is provided in the direction the exhaust gas streams, and for which the upstream side end part 5 is opened and the downstream side end part 6 is closed, and a conductive coating layer 7 provided on the collection surface 3 of the tubular filter main body 1 for collecting particulates contained in the exhaust gas. The conductive coating layer 7 is a thin film, for which a material containing at least one metal chosen among Al, Ni, Cr, Cu, Zn, Sn, Fe, and Pb, is coated on the collection surface 3.</p> |
