<p>PURPOSE:To make assembling work efficient by sub-assembling the respective units on plural first self-traveling assembly trucks, and facilitate the fitting of parts without flawing a body by supporting a motorcycle, constituted by integrating the respective units, on a second self-traveling assembly truck by a front wheel and a rear wheel. CONSTITUTION:The respective units of an engine part, a rear fork part and a front fork part are sub-assembled separately on plural self-traveling assembly trucks self-traveling being guided by a travel guide means on the floor face. A motorcycle V constituted by integrating these units is mounted onto a second self-traveling assembly truck C2, where lower parts, a front cowl, and the like are assembled. The self-traveling assembly truck C2 has a front and a rear elevating tables 42, 43 for respectively supporting a front wheel Wf and a rear wheel Wr. The rear elevating table 43 is provided with clamp mechanism 50 for clamping the rear wheel Wr to make the motorcycle V stand by itself, and the front part of the automatic assembly truck C2 is provided with an inclined guide plate 41 for unloading the completed motorcycle V.</p> |
