PURPOSE:To simplify the procedures for the reservation and the permission of use by providing a user register means and a means which gives the permission to the ID card of a user for use of the subject of reservation. CONSTITUTION:In a reservation mode, a message is displayed on a terminal equipment 2 and an inquiry is given to a conference room reservation table 111 of an information processor 1 with input of the date, the number of persons and the necessary equipment. In a use mode, an ID card is read by an ID card reader 5 provided near the door of a conference room. Thus, the information read out of the card are sent to a conference room controller 3 through an ID card interface 4. The controller 3 sends the conference room number and the ID card number to the processor 1. The processor 1 retrieves the table 111 and informs the controller 3 of a fact that the ID card is reserved and registered in the present time band. Then, the controller 3 gives an unlock instruction to an electromagnetic locking device 7 through a locking interface 6. |
