PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing a chip inductor which is sufficiently densified under a lower temperature, can use a silver (Ag) as a conductor and shows excellent performance as the inductor characteristic and also provide a method of manufacturing an oxide magnetic material used in the above method. CONSTITUTION:An oxide magnetic material is powder manufactured by heating a solution including a complex of nitrate of Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn and amino acids up to the temperature in the range from the boiling point of a solvent of the solution to 400 deg.C. A molding may be obtained by alternately pringing, by the priting method, this oxide magnetic powder and any one of Ag and Ag-Pd alloy. Thereafter, this molded body is sintered under the temperature range from 650 to 900 deg.C to manufacture a chip inductor. |
