A pressure control valve and an electronically controllable auxiliary power steering apparatus of a car of the same are provided to reduce a noise and a vibration of a working fluid by forming an orifice in a feeding conduit line and a reaction forcing conduit line. A pressure control valve and an electronically controllable auxiliary power steering apparatus of a car including the same comprise a hollow valve body(211); a spool(215) slidably installed at the inner side of the valve body; a feeding conduit line(221) communicated with the inner side of the valve body, and provided with an orifice at one side; a reaction forcing conduit line(224) connected with the inner side of the valve body and the hydraulic reaction force part, and provided with the orifice at one side; a discharge conduit line(223) where working fluid discharged from the inner side of the valve body passes; and an actuator(503) driving the spool. The pressure control valve is embedded in a valve housing, and the feeding conduit line is formed at the inner side of the valve housing.
