A multifunctional abdominal muscle strengthening apparatus having a vibrator and a low frequency wave generating pad is provided to allow strengthening of abdominal muscle as a basic function by loading a certain weight on user's abdominal part, to allow promoting vermicular motion of intestine by vibration for releasing constipation, and to help rapid removal of subcutaneous fat. The multifunctional abdominal muscle strengthening apparatus having a vibrator and a low frequency wave generating pad comprises: a main body(13) loaded on the user's abdominal part having a vibration generating part(37); a weight load member(27); a heat generating part(29); a controller(17) controlling the heat generating part and the vibration generating part.
