PURPOSE: To facilitate the exchange of an ion-exchange resin. CONSTITUTION: A resin-packed part 4 separated by a first screen 2 provided at the upper part and a second screen 3 fixed at the lower part is formed in a vessel 1. The raw water inlet 5, treated water outlet 7 and resin inlet 6 are provided at the upper part of the vessel 1 piercing the first screen, and a resin outlet 9 is furnished at the lower part of the vessel piercing the second screen. |
