The form plate can be used in conjunction with other such plates as a wall and/or floor lining and can have a smooth or three-dimensional patterned surface. It is formed from non-metallic recycled material mixed with a binder medium. In at least one of the edge area of the floor surface of the form plate (1,2) a recess (8,10) is provided in which vertically upto the floor surface is at least one opening (7), in which a bolt, pin or form piece or similar (13) of a connector (11) engages, which is insertable in at least two adjoining recesses of two adjoining form plates.
