<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate energy consumption unnecessary for driving so as to reduce power expense charged to a user and to reduce cost by changing the torque of a paper feeding motor between the case of rotating a paper feed roller and the case of rotating a register roller. SOLUTION: Upon receiving a paper feeding signal, a control means sets the rotating speed of a paper feeding motor 7 to the rotating speed A. The paper feeding motor 7 is turned on, and a paper feeding clutch 6 is turned on to rotate a shaft 1a of a feed roller 1 by one rotation by torque imparted by a rotating speed A. Transfer paper in a cassette is thereby fed toward a register roller 5. When one rotation of the feed roller 1 is completed, a control signal is outputted to a motor driver so as to change the rotating speed of the paper feeding motor 7 to the rotating speed B. At this time, the paper feeding clutch 6 is switched so that driving force from the paper feeding motor 7 is not transmitted to the feed roller 1. The paper feeding motor 7 is rotated at the rotating speed B until the transfer paper is conveyed to the register roller 5 from a transfer paper separating part.</p> |
