PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the insulation between a highly sensitive electronic stage and a relevant power stage, by providing a motor controller with a saturation type of pulse transformer, which is connected to pass a front edge and a rear edge to express pulse width, and a power transistor which is connected to a brushless motor and controls the current to the motor. SOLUTION: The power for driving a brushless motor 20 is supplied from a + bus 56 and a-bus 58 to a power transistor. The power stage connected to the output of an insulated pulse transformer 34 has a separated power source being insulated from the power source to the electronic cushions 22 and 24 connected to the primary side of the pulse transformer 34. This transformer 34 includes a primary winding 40 and a secondary winding 42 wound on bobbins so that the primary winding and the secondary winding may be separated enough. The pulse transformer 34 is designed to pass rectangular pulses having repeat rate within the range of 6000 to 200000 hertz. |
