The arm location is pivotable around a pivot axis at the rear end of the basic body turned away from the drinking vessel holder and directed crossways to the longitudinal axis of the basic body. Between the arm location (13) and the basic body (12) at least one combined rotary disc bearing (17) is arranged, which makes possible a longitudinal movement of the arm location along a path which frees the drinking vessel holder (15). The rotary disc bearing has a guide slot (21) running in the arm location parallel to its under side locating on the basic body. In the slot engages a guide pin (20).
