Emulsion comprises:(1) 2-60 wt.% quat. amine group containing organopolysiloxane of formula (I), provided that the N content of (I) is 0.05-1.5 wt.%; (2) 2-40 wt.% emulsifier; (3) 0.01-5 wt.% acid acceptors; (4) 0-15 wt.% hydrotropic agent; (5) 0-3 wt.% acids; and (6) 20-95.99 wt.% water.
