PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array of light-emitting diodes having good optical characteristic and improved to surely avoid damaging its concave reflective plane. SOLUTION: Light-emitting diodes 10 have each a concave reflective plane cut at the ends symmetrically right and left and are closely arranged in an array, such that their leads 14a, 14b and 14c, 14d and located at both sides of the array and cut faces of the adjacent concave reflective planes contact. Two slender plate-like spacers 40 are inserted between a substrate 30 and supports 26, formed at the peripheries of the reflective planes for avoiding contacting of the bottom faces of these planes to the substrate 30, are used commonly for all the light-emitting diodes and have holes through which the leads 14a-14d of each diode 10 are inserted and fixed to the substrate 30 via the spacers 40. |
