<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly deal with the switching between the old and new window managers to improve the operability of the window manager and to attain the reuse of resources. SOLUTION: The processing to reset the window manager to the work AP (applications) 12 (12-1 to 12-3) which are called out of a work selection screen 10 and also to a window manager switching shell program 11 is described. Then an independent process group is secured, so that a revived window manager is never forcibly finished in a shell end state. The program that is started from a shell program is managed in the same process group as a normal shell and forcibly finished by the shell end. In this connection, an independent process group is needed.</p> |
