FIELD: fishery. SUBSTANCE: device includes trawl, unit for transfer of catch to factory ship and two braces articulated in fore portion of ship and connected by means of limiting rope at the ends. Lower fishing seine rope of trawl is secured to limiting rope, side fishing seine ropes are secured to braces and upper fishing seine rope is secured under ship's hull. Device has W-shaped form in plan. Lower portion of each brace is provided with plate for additionally opening the trawl mouth. EFFECT: simplified construction; enhanced efficiency of catching.
