A compound of formula (I) wherein: X is O or S; R<1> and R<2> are independently hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl or C3-6 cycloakyl or R<1> and R<2> together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a C3-6 cycloalkyl group; R<3> is hydrogen, and R<4> is C1-6 alkyl or C3-6 cycloalkyl or R<3> and R<4> together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a C3-6 cycloalkyl group. The compounds of the invention are indicated for use in the treatment or prevention of allergic, inflammatory, auto-immune, proliferative and hyper-proliferative diseases.
