PURPOSE:To provide an in-duct line running device by looping running method whereby a running speed can be increased even if a fluid body is used. CONSTITUTION:In an in-duct line running device by looping running method which is provided with a telescoping drive section 20 telescopable in duct line direction D between a pair of locked sections 10a and 10b that are locked and unlocked to and from a duct wall H by the expansion and contraction of an elastic bag body 12 and in which a control valve section 30 that feeds and discharges a fluid body to and from the elastic bag body 12 at the locked sections 10a and 10b is provided at one side of the rear locked section 10b, a rapid discharge valve 40 which is opened only when the fluid body is discharged is provided at least at the front locked section 10a away from the control valve section 30.
