The through flow ducts (1), in the form of blind holes, run axially parallel in the direction of the lengthwise axis (2), over at least part of the piston length (3). At least near the inlet holes (4), the peripheral surface (5) at the piston end has a smaller OD than the dia. of the inner wall of an operating cylinder. The inlets in the end part (6) of the piston are arranged over the peripheral surface of the piston. The inlet holes run crosswise, or at a tangent in the form of a groove, to the lengthwise axis of the piston. The base (7) of the groove is straight. The through-flow ducts have a trapezoid outlet (8).
